By Chris M. DyerPublished Feb 25, 2018 11:18:03It’s the last week of February and it’s time to see the top golf players in the world competing in the 2017 PGA Championship.

As it stands right now, we have the likes of Sergio Garcia, Angel Cabrera, and Rory McIlroy in contention to take on the best.

However, if you’re looking to watch a tournament in which only three players will make the cut, then you’ll have to go with Tiger Woods, who’s not only the only golfer in contention but the one who is the most qualified for the event.

That being said, there are some notable names that are still in contention for the PGA title, which is one of the few things that matters when it comes to the 2017 World Cup.

So without further ado, here are the five most talented golfers in the PGC Tour and who’s the one to watch in the final week of March:PGA Tour Player of the Year – Sergio Garcia(GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP)The 27-year-old has been in the top 10 of the PGL rankings for almost all of the past five years and he’s now just five points off the pace.

However there’s no denying that he’s the player who’s got the most to prove this season.

This is the year that he finally breaks through into the top ten and Garcia is the best golfer out there to make the jump.

He’s going to need all of his strength and determination to keep himself in the game in the tournament’s final week.

If he can get past Tiger, who is still just three points behind Garcia, he will be the man to watch.PGA TOUR Player of Year – Angel Cabrera(GALAXY WORLD CHAMP)The reigning PGA TOUR Champion has been riding high since his comeback in 2017 and this year has only strengthened his status.

The 29-year old has been the most consistent player on the PPG Tour for years and it was only when he was down in the rankings that Cabrera started to take off.

The Argentine is still on the top of the world and is one to keep an eye on in March.PPG TOUR Player, Male – Rory McILROY (GALAZA WORLD CHAMBERS)The 22-year veteran has been one of this season’s biggest names.

After a very slow start to his career, he has started the year in the lead after making the cut at the PDC Tour Championship.

He has now won three consecutive majors in succession and is now just three behind Garcia in the title hunt.

He’s a force to be reckoned with, and we can only hope that he can continue his incredible run with a win in the Final Sunday.PG TOUR Player – Angel CABRERA (GOLFWAY CHAMPIONS)The Spaniard was the No. 2 seed in the 2016 PGA tour standings at the start of the season, but has since fallen down the pecking order.

After winning the PDA Championship and PGA Championships in 2017, he was just one point off the lead in the standings when he finally dropped down to the No, 5 seed.

However he was the only player to reach that spot in March and has only dropped a point or two in the remaining two weeks of the campaign.

The Spaniard needs to keep up his current pace and stay in contention this week to earn his spot in the finals.POGG Tour Player – Sergio ROSENBERG (PADRES World Champions)Rosberg is one the most underrated players in golf this year.

The 21-year Old has been playing a huge role in the Ryder Cup’s win in 2018 and has since taken a step back to be one of two players on the team who is able to keep him in the mix.

This week, Rosberg will have the chance to prove himself once again.POMG Tour Tournament – Rory LESNAR (RODRIGO D’OTTO D’OR)LESNARR is one for the history books and he has only just begun the 2017 season.

The 24-year older is one who has the talent to be in contention in this tournament and he’ll have a great chance to take out his first PGA championship in 2017.LESNA will need all his strength in March to keep his title.PIMP TOUR Player and Male – Angel LUTHERBERG(GALLERY D’ATRONINES)The 23-year player has been consistently among the top players in terms of PGA tours for years now.

He was one of only three to earn the top spot in 2017 (and only two to reach it this year).

This season he has been at the forefront of the Ryder Cups progress.

The 28-yearold will have to stay sharp to be the one
